We know your device is important to you, so for this reason we aim to get your device back to you within 24 hours of us receiving your device.

Once we come to pick your device up, a trained technician will diagnose the issue(s) it has and will immediately begin repairing/replacing what needs to be. Once it has been repaired, we will drop your device off at your location.

Our Quick & Easy 3-Stage Process

Send Us Your Device

Reach out to us via phone or email to inform us about your device and the issues you’re experiencing. We’ll provide you with shipping address. Securely package your device(s) in an insured box and send to the address provided.

We’ll Get to Work

Then, once we receive your device, a trained technician will assess the issue, perform the necessary repairs, and notify you of any additional costs if applicable.

Return Back to You

When all the necessary repairs/replacements have been made and fully tested, we then inform you of the total cost, including repair and shipping. Once payment is received, we’ll package your device(s) in an insured package and aim to ship it back to you the very next day!

You will pay the TRIP FEE: $30 first, and then we will come to you to pick your smart device up for repair and will drop it off at your location within 24 hours after the repair is complete. Most repairs are done at the customer's location, such as Smart Phone Screen Repair, Computer Troubleshooting and Software Installation and ...etc. We also offer Mail-in-Repair service with our quick and easy 3-stage process where you send us your device, we'll get to work and return back to you. We will have your device for 24 hours. If we can't fix your device we will get in touch with you to discuss your options. We can either offer you a replacement device for a cost, or we can return the device to you and refund your service charge.
Within 24-48 hours depending on the service needed. Every device that leaves our store comes with a full inspection and fully tested, so rest assured you won't be disappointed.
