Reach out to us via phone / text or email to inform us about your device and the issues you’re experiencing.
2. Shipping Details:
We’ll provide you with shipping instructions, including the address and any specific packaging requirements. Securely package your device(s) in an insured box and send to the address.
3. Secure Packaging:
Carefully package your device to prevent any damage during transit. Consider using bubble wrap or other protective materials.
4. Include Information:
Include a note with your contact details, a brief description of the issue, and any passcodes needed for testing.
5. Shipping:
Ship your device to the provided address using a reliable courier service. Consider adding tracking for visibility.
Then, once we receive your device, a trained technician will assess the issue, perform the necessary repairs, and notify you of any additional costs if applicable.
When all the necessary repairs/replacements have been made and fully tested, we then inform you of the total cost, including repair and shipping.
Once payment is received, we’ll package your device(s) in an insured package and aim to ship it back to you the very next day!
